Building Yourself From The Ground Up

Establishing a Foundation for Processing Stress and Rejection

Access on-demand webinar

Description

Now, perhaps more than ever, we are required to rely on our foundation, the core of who we are to get through these unprecedented times.  How does our frame of mind determine how we tackle problems in the workplace today and in the future?  If you’re feeling unstable, you are not alone. From the demands of your positions with Be The Match and the network to the global pandemic and social isolation, many are experiencing significantly more stress than usual. Join us for a discussion on how you experience stress and rejection in your roles working with donors and practical ways to help build a strong foundation to withstand the future forecast. We’ll review some of the unique challenges in your work that cause you stress, recognize signs and impact of stress, and teach you practical methods of coping.

Learning Objectives

  • Discuss how we experience stress and rejection in our roles
  • Identify practical ways to help build a strong foundation and withstand the future forecast
