Children’s Oncology Group: Long-Term Follow-Up Guidelines After Pediatric HCT

The Children’s Oncology Group (COG) has updated its Long-Term Follow-Up Guidelines for survivors of childhood, adolescent, and young adult cancer, including those undergoing autologous or allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) for malignant and non-malignant diseases. The COG recommendations are organized by organ systems and include accompanying evidence grades. The recommendations, available at survivorshipguidelines.org, were developed by a COG task force review of more than 800 articles from the medical literature on the subject of childhood cancer and HCT survivorship, including 586 original research articles.
